30 Minute Full Body Workout For Men Over 40… https://www.liveanabolic.com

Guys.. I know right now it can be hard to go to the gym. Either the gyms aren’t open or you just don’t have the time. Well I have a 30 minute full body workout that you can do at home, and you only need to do it 3 times a week. Follow along and let’s get started. Before jumping into the exercises, let me tell you about the setup of this workout. You are going to do 3 rounds of 8 exercises, 45 seconds for each exercise then rest for 15 seconds at the end of each exercise. At the end of each round, rest for 60 seconds.

Exercise #1: BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS or REAR FOOT ELEVATED SPLIT SQUATS. When you lower down, make sure your knee doesn’t go over the front of your foot. You are going to do each side for 45 seconds with this exercise.
Exercise #2: INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS. Make sure to use your mind muscle connection to work only your chest and not your shoulders.
Exercise #3: BENT OVER DUMBBELL ROWS. Have your hands in a supinated position, and make sure to pull with the elbows.
Exercise #4: DUMBBELL RDL. Keep your glutes back and the dumbbells as close to your body as possible.
Exercise #5: SEATED OVERHEAD SHOULDER PRESS. Rotate the dumbbells in slightly to have more of a neutral grip, which will put less stress on your shoulders.
Exercise #6: “21” BICEP CURLS. The first 7 reps are started at the top then going halfway down. The second 7 reps are starting at the bottom then going halfway up. The last 7 reps are full range of motion bicep curls.
Exercise #7: DIAMOND PUSHUPS. Keep your shoulders over your wrists.
Exercise #8: ELBOW PLANKS with reach.

This is a great workout that you can do at home for 30 minutes, and all you need is a set of dumbbells. If you are looking to get in a good full body workout, but you don’t have much time, this workout is great for you.
