This 10 minute full body workout designed for both men and women is all what you need to burn the maximum amount of fat in the shortest period of time!

This workout is composed of 5 exercises
1- Slam Ball clean, Squat, Press then Slam
2- Slam Ball Backward Throw
3- Side to Side Push-up on Slam Ball + Slam
4- Slam Ball Side Wall Toss
5- Slam Ball Rotational Lunge with Slam

Do each exercise for 90 seconds followed by 30 seconds break. That’s one round, do one or two rounds in this workout.

I personally use the “Tacfit Timer” app on App Store in my timed workouts.
