For the last few World Cup circuits, my trainer Alex Bunt has been doubling as my nutritionist and chef. He pairs all my workout with healthy meals that give me the right mix of nutrients, carbs, protein, etc to keep me performing at my best. This is one of my favorite post-race and post-workout meals.
