These moves are inspired by my all time favorite fitness guru, Jane Fonda. This is a hip strengthening complex. You can trim your hips with a combination of these great moves that only take a few minutes to do. This routine is perfect for on the go or at home workouts. You do not need ANY equipment and can perform these exercises anywhere to see hip strengthening results. A strong series of leg lifts and planks will help keep your butt and core strong to prevent injury and enhance performance.
