Hey lovelies! Today we are doing Beyonce’s workout routine! Trying celebrity workout routines has definitely got me motivated to get moving again and so I wanted to share this at home workout routine with you that was shared by Beyonce’s personal trainer. No equipment is required and you can do it as a home workout, however feel free to get weights to add extra resistance and to build strength.
Beyonce does 3-4 Set of 12-15 reps. For the sake of the video, I only completed 12 reps of each exercise. Make sure you complete 3 or 4 sets and let me know if there are any other celebrity workouts you would like to try!
